Deep Freeze Dunk
Congratulations to all the Dunkers, Dippers, Volunteers and Well- Wishers who attended the first annual Deep Freeze Dunk on January 23, 2010. Everyone had a great time and we raised over $18,000 to build a public secondary school in Haiti! Many thanks to our sponsors and underwriters, as well as everyone who volunteered and participated.

attend. That means that more than 80% cannot advance beyond a 6th grade education.
The Rotary Club of Maple Grove, along with other Rotary Clubs and individuals, are committed to changing that. In partnership with local non-profit Haiti Outreach, funds are being raised to build a public secondary school in the Haitian town of La Victoire.
Funds raised by the Deep Freeze Dunk will go to help make this dream a reality for thousands of students in this town.

- A Chicken Dipper? Chicken Dippers will help raise funds to build the school, but are too chicken to take the Deep Freeze Dunk.

Participant Rules and Recommendations
- To register, you must complete this form.
- All participants will help raise money and can donate online (see right hand side PayPal links).
- All Dunkers under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver: dunkwaiver prior to dunking and be present at the Dunk.
- Bring warm clothes to change into after dunking, including dry shoes.
- Bring a towel
- All Dunkers must wear footwear during the dunk
- Bring friends or family along with a camera (if you email us pictures, we’ll post them here on the blog later!)
- Be prepared to have a great time for a good cause!
Participant Incentives
- First $75 raised receives 2010 Deep Freeze Dunk T-Shirt
- Each $250 raised receives $25 gift card
- Grand Prize for the highest total is a new Bauer Vapor 3 in 1 Jacket donated by Dave’s Sport Shop!
Important Donation Details:All collected donations must be turned in at check-in the day of the dunk. Prior to the dunk, donations may be given online by clicking here, or mailed to Haiti Outreach, 15119 Minnetonka Blvd., Minnetonka, MN 55345. Donations are tax deductible if you provide your name and address.
